If you wondered how our trails look during the rest of the year, here is the answer. Fjällmaraton Vinter is a unique winter trail with two distances, taking in the best bits of the landscape when covered in snow. With a beautiful route from the lake to the fjälls, this event gives you a new perspective of the season.

Fjällmaraton Vinter is one of two brand new events for 2024, running alongside Fjällmaraton Natt (24/08/2024), to celebrate our 20th edition and go back to our more intimate, small-scale origins. For both events, we strongly suggested staying at Ottsjö Wärdshus, where you’ll find hot tubs, the big post-race banquet and the prize ceremony.

Fjällmaraton Vinter is currently billed with THREE distances – one being a classic marathon, one half marathon and the other being a faster 10 km.
