Peak Performance Vertical K is a prestigious race held annually during the week-long Kia Fjällmaraton Årefjällen. Covering 1,000 metres of vertical, it’s the only race of its kind in Sweden and offers something super special to those who give it a go.
It begins with a mass start – first the women, then the men – in the main square in Åre and takes participants 1,000 metres up the mountain to the top of Åreskutan.
